    Sorry, at this time I am only accepting and shipping orders in the United States. Shipping is often too costly and cumbersome outside of the US. Perhaps this may change inb the future, but for right now, US only.

  11. When will my order be processed and shipped?
    Most orders are processed the same day, often even within an hour of receiving it. Most orders ship within 24 hours or less.

  12. How are returns handled?
    Defective merchandise will receive a FULL REFUND, including shipping charges, after the customer reports the defect or damge within 48 hours of receiving the purchase (Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your purchase for this to be honored) -OR_ a prompt replacement will be made, (your choice), after the item has been shipped back and a tracking number has been provided to me for the defective or damaged item. Merchandise which has damage due to shipping must be first reported to the shipper for reimbursement of shipping damage. If a package is delivered to you with damage to the package, (This rarely happens), but, if it does, please do not accept the package until you have checked inside the package to be sure the contents are intact. My business is built upon customer satisfaction; therefore I will do whatever is reasonably necessary to correct any problems you may have. Merchandise which is not defective or damaged in shipping, but being returned for some other reason must be returned within 7 days, and in re-sellable condition; any manufacturer's or sealed packaging must be intact, and arrangements must be made ahead of time by contacting Judy@BirdieBazaar.net. Shipping charges on these type of returns will not be refunded
